Very obliging. We arrived very late and they left rooms open and key in them. The room was very clean, everything worked and was in excellent condition, and the room had all the things needed for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable.

This motor inn has everything we needed for our bike trip. We love the location, close to the local friendly pub with the best grub, and other food outlets. The room was clean and cozy, and staff provided efficient service. We especially enjoyed the saltwater pool and the lovely garden.

We noticed a lack of toiletries in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.

WE needed to break a long journey with an overnight stay. Bidgee Motor INn was in the right place and suited our needs extreemely well

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel in Hay. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The room had basic amenities and a nice touch with Netflix in the bedroom. The bed was super comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The full-size refrigerator was convenient too.

Two missunderstanding were price not consistence with booking and breakfast availible but not included in booking.

I was there for 11 nights. The location was good for me and they had Wi- Fi (which was advertised as not being available on their website). Also, the owner kindly drove me to the bus station to connect with my flight out of Griffith.

No need to replace the bed sheets and bars of soap every day. Even the towels could be replaced every second day or on demand; this is a waste of resourses. The security was low:- I would return each afternoon to my room to find my window left open to let the air in. The only thing that did not work in the room was one of the bedside lights, but I did not report it.

It was exactly what we were looking for. It was convenient, well priced, clean and had everything we needed. We also needed late check in and they were so helpful and understanding!

The motel provided a great and comfortable stay during my business trip. The rooms were very clean and tidy with ample space for my needs. The full-size fridge and fully equipped amenities made me feel at home. The location was central and convenient with everything I needed close by.

The noise level as my room was located near the main road. The noise did not affect my sleep though, as I used earplugs during my stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on the town facilities. The room was comfortable with a hot and powerful shower to wash away the travel soreness. Will stay there again if passing that way.
